Assisting attorneys in preparing for trials and court proceedings. 2. Managing and organizing medical records and other case documents. 3. Drafting and e-filing motions and other legal documents. 4. Providing litigation support, including researching legal issues and facts for cases. 5. Coordinating and assisting in taking witness statements and depositions. 6. Communicating with clients, witnesses, court personnel, and other professionals in a bilingual capacity (Spanish/English). 7. Assisting with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness preparation, trial binders, and coordination with expert witnesses. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury law. 2. Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Proven experience with litigation support, drafting motions, e-filing, managing medical records, and trial prep. 4. A thorough understanding of legal principles, research techniques, legal codes, court procedures, and precedents. 5. Proficiency in using legal research software and other related software for case management. 6. Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. 7. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality. 8. A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred, but substantial relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal certification. Interested in hearing more?
