Job Details

• Conduct pre-claim investigations, legal research, and initial case assessments
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation documents
• File documents with the court and ensure compliance with deadlines and court rules
• Manage calendars, hearings, deadlines, and case logistics
• Maintain organized pleadings and discovery indexes
• Organize and prepare exhibits, evidence, briefs, and trial materials
• Assist attorneys with interrogatories, requests for production, and other discovery
• Communicate with clients, experts, witnesses, and third parties
• Support attorneys with trial preparation, including voir dire, witness preparation, and trial logistics
• Assist with settlement preparation and case resolution

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience
• Strong working knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, motions, and court rules
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Proficiency with legal software, databases, and Microsoft Office
• Paralegal Associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred
