Job Description
Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Personal Injury Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. As a Paralegal specializing in personal injury law, you will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys and ensuring the seamless flow of legal proceedings.Responsibilities will include:
- New case intake and initial assessment
- Review of initial intake notes and documents for completeness and accuracy
- Setting up claim with carriers
- Mailing out notice letters
- Setting up file in case management software (TrialWorks)
- Entering critical control dates and deadlines with precision
- Client contact via phone calls, email, texting and fax
- Contact with medical treatment facilities
- Gathering medical records and other necessary information to assist assigned attorney in claim negotiation

The Paralegal who will fill this position is someone who is ready and determined to "take ownership" of assigned client files from intake through the claim stage, able to address all pre-litigation aspects of the case.We also offer a competitive compensation package, opportunity for growth and benefits that include paid vacation, health, dental & vision insurance and a 401(k) plan.
Compensación: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
