Position:
Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal
Location:
Lake Oswego, OR (hybrid or remote)
Duration: Through the end of 2026; Temp/Contract, Part-time, 15-20 Hours/week
Compensation: $35/HR + DOE
Duties/Description:
We are currently in need of a Plaintiff-side Personal Injury (P.I.) Paralegal. As the paralegal, you will support the lawyer by helping with case logistics, client communication, and document preparation, medical record & billing review, and handling everything to do with medical records & bills, drafting demands/pleadings, scheduling depositions, to assisting with trial prep. The right candidate will have strong organization skills, familiarity with personal injury claims and medical records/bills and insurance company files, and proficiency with legal software (Smokeball) in a fast-paced environment.
Required Experience:
Thorough understanding of legal Personal Injury (Plaintiff) legal proceedings, medical records & bills review, and preferably Motor Vehicle insurance (Personal Injury Protection PIP) statutes and claims.
