Job DetailsJob DetailsWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Personal Injury Paralegal-Plaintiff Side to join our dynamic legal team. This exciting opportunity involves working closely with our attorneys on all phases of litigation from inception through trial and appeal. The successful candidate will have the chance to work on high-profile cases and be a part of a team that fights for justice and advocates for those who have been injured. This is a permanent, full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.Responsibilities1. Assist attorneys in all stages of personal injury cases from inception through appeal.2. Conduct client intake interviews and maintain regular communication with clients for case updates and settlement discussions.3. Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and correspondence to opposing counsel and court.4. Organize and maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines.5. Conduct legal research and fact-finding investigations, including medical record reviews, accident scene investigations, and witness interviews.6. Assist with trial preparation, including preparation of trial exhibits, trial binders, and coordination with expert witnesses.7. Collaborate with attorneys to strategize and develop case theories and settlement demands.Qualifications1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal, specifically on the plaintiff side.2. Pre-litigation management experince.3. Exceptional knowledge of federal and state court rules, legal terminology, and the litigation process.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to case management software5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.7. High level of integrity and professional accountability.8. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.9. Experience with medical record reviews, accident scene investigations, and witness interviews.10. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.11.
