As an Account Assistant/Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in supporting our Personal Lines team and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities include processing policy changes, responding to client and carrier inquiries, maintaining accurate customer records, assisting with billing activities, and learning insurance rating and management systems.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $48000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers and Producers
- Maintain contact with clients, to ensure they receive the best customer service
- Maintain communication with underwriters
- Market agency client to insurance companies
- Complete policy changes, proposals, quote reviews, rating duties, etc.
- Must be willing to obtain property and casualty license at our cost.
- High School Diploma required.
- Post-secondary degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Professional office and phone etiquette
