Role Overview
This is a full-time Personal Lines Account Manager role based in our Athens, Alabama location. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and servicing accounts, providing customer support, and handling personal insurance policies. You will also assist with general customer service and contribute to the overall success of the team. Your key responsibilities may include:
- Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines accounts, ensuring accurate coverage and timely renewals
- Process endorsements, policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage updates with attention to detail
- Conduct proactive policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and cross sell opportunities
- Provide responsive, solution oriented customer support via phone, email, and in person interactions
- Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system and follow compliance guidelines
- Collaborate with Producers and team members to deliver a seamless client experience and support agency growth
Requirements
- Property and Casualty License must be active
- 2+ years experience in Account Management
- Understanding of Employee Benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite
- Prior Account Manager experience
- Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
