- Base Salary starting at $53,000 with expected first-year earnings between $56,000 - $70,000+

Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their insurance needs, and provide personalized guidance and support.
- Inbound Inquiries: Efficiently handle incoming calls and requests, address concerns, and present clear, confident solutions.
- Account Management: Manage client accounts, review existing policies, and recommend appropriate coverage adjustments.
- New Business Development (Personal Lines): Identify and pursue opportunities to write new personal insurance accounts (home, auto, umbrella) through inbound inquiries, referrals, and cross-sell conversations.
- Cross-Selling: Proactively identify gaps in coverage and expand client relationships by offering additional protection where appropriate.
- Retention: Maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.
- Continuous Development: Stay informed on industry trends, carrier updates, and coverage changes to provide accurate, practical advice.
- Licensing: Possess or be willing to obtain a Georgia Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service and insurance-related roles is advantageous.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients effectively.
- Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and addressing client needs promptly.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid remote environment and collaborating with team members.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work culture.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance software systems and basic computer skills.
