The Personal Lines Insurance Advisor is pivotal in guiding clients toward optimal Property, Casualty, and Life insurance solutions to protect their families and assets. The position emphasizes advancing product promotion and expanding business to drive growth.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $120000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Client Needs Assessment: Conduct evaluations to understand clients' specific insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Sales Target Achievement: Strive to meet and exceed sales targets by adopting resourceful sales approach.
- Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to maximize client coverage.
- Champion a growth-oriented approach by marketing insurance products.
- Build prospective business opportunities through proactive cold calls, emails, referrals, and networking.
- Assess client policy portfolios to propose supplementary coverage aligned with evolving needs, while upholding absolute confidentiality in all interactions.
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Recommended)
- Experience: Previous experience in personal lines insurance is preferable.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, cross-sell and upsell effectively. (insurance sector advantageous but not mandatory)
- Exceptional phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
