Position Summary:What isanInsuranceAdvisor?
InsuranceAdvisor is the title we use here in our Charlotte Sales and Technology hub. We are licensed Insurance Agents.
Under close supervision, closes targeted number of sales from leads,prospectsand policyholders to achieve auto, property, and specialty sales targets in a sales center environment.
As a top 20 Insurance Broker you will have access to multiple carriers to provide yourprospects with the bestcoveragesat the best pricing.
This is a base pay plus commission compensation structure!
Principal Responsibilities:
Handle inbound callsand make outbound callstoleads, consult with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages,productsand benefits to convert leads into customers.We provide all of your leads.
Assesses customer’s insurance needs and suggest/advise products andcoverage’sbased on a need/exposure assessment. Conducts need/exposure assessmentsinvolvesinterviewing prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs, the physical condition of their person or property to be insured, claims history and coveragegaps..
Finalizes the sale, coordinates collection of deposits,arranges forbinders and certificates, and briefs the service team on the policy sale.
Maintains a concern for accuracy,timelinessand completion when interacting with current and prospective clients.
Maintains understanding and knowledge of insurance and underwriting criteria for insurance company partners represented by the firm to effectively communicatetoall involved.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Comfortable making calls and talking to people on the phone all day
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
Eager to expand company withnew sales
Self-motivated and self-directed
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Tenacity to handle rejection andcontinue onwith a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
Previousexperience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred but willing to talk with outgoing people
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
We will take care of alllicensingand you will be paid for all studying and taking a40 houronline course all about property and casualty insurance – There is a test at the end ofthe processto earn your P&C license
This isa basepay ($41,600) plus commission.

Must be available to workMonday-Friday 8-5and one Saturday per month 9-1.
