Anytime Fitness is currently seeking qualified sales staff and personal trainers who can deliver a fantastic gym and workout experience to our clients. While training experience is not required, a willingness to learn is. As an AF Personal Trainer, you will have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to create and conduct safe and effective exercises for a wide variety of participants. As an AF Sales Leader, you will have the ability to turn your passion for fitness into membership.

Things you will do as a Membership Sales Leader:
- Club Tours
- Follow-ups with leads
- B2B engagement
- Use of AF technology
- Conversion of prospects
- Membership sales

Things you will do as a Personal Trainer:
- Fitness Consultations
- 1:1 training
- Small Group Training
- Group Training
- Virtual Training
Responsibilities
- Membership and Personal Training Sales
- Marketing and planning
- B2B Sales
- Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of 4+ members
- Program and implement individualized workouts for members
- Energize and motivate members throughout the sessions
- Build fitness attendance and retain current members
- Ensure the safety of participants in regard to heart rate and exercise technique
- Provide options and challenges for specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels
- Attend weekly/monthly fitness staff meetings and required educational presentations
- Handle member concerns when applicable
- Sales and Marketing for Programming
- Proactive outreach to inactive members
- Assist in retention efforts
- Provide exceptional member service
Qualification
- Willingness to learn
- Attain a fitness certification/personal trainer certification within 180 days of hire from an AF fitness-approved education company such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, ISSA, NSCA, etc.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
- Manage time and schedules
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
Compensation: $37,440.00 - $58,434.00 per year
