We're growing, and we're currently looking for fitness professionals or personal trainers who want more out of their career. People coming from the personal training and fitness world tend to do very well in real estate because the mindset translates so cleanly. Discipline, consistency, coaching, accountability, and building trust over time are already part of how you operate. Some of our top performers previously worked as personal trainers, strength coaches, group fitness instructors, or ran their own training businesses before making the transition.
