Position Overview:

As the Personal Training Manager, you will play a key role in driving personal training sales, team performance, and client retention.

You'll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Personal Trainers, ensuring outstanding customer service, and helping members achieve their fitness goals while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Total Compensation: $70,000-$120,000 (Base + Commission+ Bonus).

What we look for in our Fitness Professionals:

Proven ability to build the Personal Training business.

Experienced in executing floor pulls.

Experience in recruiting and coaching the personal training staff.

Ability to run the department play book- Know the numbers, set goals, and hold the team accountable.

Sales and leadership experience in a fitness or performance-driven environment.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Ability to adapt, lead a team, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven setting

Key Responsibilities:

Drive personal training sales through consultations, promotions, and client retention strategies.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Personal Trainers.

Set and achieve monthly sales and performance goals.

Deliver exceptional customer service to members and clients.

Implement company-wide fitness and sales initiatives.

Maintain high energy, professionalism, and a competitive mindset.

Oversee daily operations related to personal training and ensure compliance with company policies.

Execute the monthly marketing initiative.

Qualifications:

CPR Certification (required)

Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.).

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Physical effort required for daily duties, including lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, prolonged standing, and walking
