Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Daytime Schedule
Pay Range: $45,000 - $70,000; Average Earnings: $50,000+ (Base + Commission+ Bonuses)

What You'll Do
As a Pest Control Technician, you'll own and manage your own service route while building relationships with customers:
- Provide pest control services at residential & commercial properties
- Perform home inspections and recommend solutions
- Sell services to new and existing customers
- Schedule appointments and manage your daily route
- Deliver exceptional customer service
This is a field-based role-perfect if you enjoy being on the move and not stuck behind a desk.

What You Need
- No experience required - paid training provided!
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check & drug screening
- Must be able to wear a tight-fitting respirator as required by safety protocols
- Comfortable working independently and outdoors
- Able to work in crawl spaces, attics, and varying weather conditions
- Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
