Crew Cut Lawns is looking for a dependable and motivated team member to join our growing Pet Waste Service Division.
This position starts part time and transitions into full time as the season picks up.
Position Overview: You will use company vehicles and equipment to service residential properties by removing pet waste. This is a low stress, independent work environment where you can work at a steady pace while maintaining a friendly and professional presence with customers.
Schedule:
- Part-time: Approximately 15 hours per week (3 days, about 5 hours per day)
- Full-time (Late April through October): Monday through Friday, 6 to 8 hours per day (30 to 40 hours per week)
Pay: 24 to 26 dollars per hour depending on experience
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- A valid driver's license is required
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Duties:
- Drive company vehicles to scheduled residential stops
- Spend approximately 10 to 20 minutes per property removing pet waste using provided tools
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Provide friendly and respectful service to customers
- Follow daily routes and complete all assigned stops
