Job Description

Location: Berlin, CTSalary: Depends on ExperienceDescription: Our client is currently seeking a Pharmacy Floor Technician who supports safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy operations by preparing medications for final verification by a licensed pharmacist. Working under pharmacist supervision, this role is responsible for picking, labeling, scanning, packaging, and organizing prescription medications while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. This position plays a critical role in delivering timely and high‑quality pharmacy services.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

Accurately fill daily medication orders under the supervision of a pharmacist.
Pick and pull medications from shelving, prepack racks, and designated storage areas.
Label blister cards and prescription packages, then scan products to ensure accuracy.
Prepare finished prescriptions for final pharmacist verification.
Alert the pharmacist on duty when medications or products do not scan or appear incorrect.

Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work at a moderate and consistent pace.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Possess and maintain a clear and active Texas Pharmacy Technician License issued by the Texas Board of Pharmacy.
