A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Pharmacist in Columbia, SC. The Pharmacist would be working for a leading healthcare organization in a home infusion pharmacy setting and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

The pay for this position is $58.06 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with company match is available for full-time employees after 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Pharmacist Highlights- Location: Columbia, SC
- Setting: Home Infusion Pharmacy
- 100% onsite role (not remote eligible)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Shift: 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- On-call rotation required
- Contract assignment with potential to extend or convert based on attendance, performance, and business needs
- Provide medication therapy management and clinical consultation to healthcare professionals
- Deliver drug information regarding interactions, contraindications, and therapy optimization
- Support pharmacy workflow efficiency and assist Pharmacy Manager with operational improvements
- Monitor medication storage, inventory levels, and supply compliance standards
- Provide clinical services including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and disease state management
- Collaborate with insurance providers and participate in third-party audits
- Support quality improvement initiatives and patient education activities
- Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and healthcare providers in the local medical community
- Assist with development and training support of pharmacy staff
- Promote strong customer service standards across the pharmacy team
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required
- Active South Carolina Pharmacist license required
- Verified High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong collaboration, communication, and decision-making skills
- Strong digital literacy and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite and participate in on-call rotation
- At least 1 year of experience in a home infusion or hospital pharmacy setting
- Experience with Epic system preferred
- Experience supporting interdisciplinary clinical teams
