COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pharmacist

Experience Guided Wage - up to $75 hr

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Pharmacist

Hybrid role - mix of retail and clinical
Employed with a Community Health Clinic

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Pharmacist

BS Pharm or PharmD
Preference - for familiarity with 340(b) program

COMMUNITY Pharmacist
