Job Description

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pharmacist (RPh / PharmD)

$135,000 - $145,000 guaranteed salary range with experience
Up to $5,000 relocation assistance

100% Outpatient focus
Monday – Friday -or- 4 x 10s scheduling options available

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Pharmacist (RPh / PharmD)

RPh and PharmD credentials welcome!
Must be passionate about working with Tribal patient population and living / working on reservation grounds

COMMUNITY Pharmacist (RPh / PharmD)
