Job Title: Immunizing Pharmacist - Vaccination InitiativeLocation: Multiple Locations across OregonEstimated Length of Assignment: 2+ Months(The dates provided are only an estimate and not a guarantee)Est. Pay Range (hourly): $55.00 - $61.00 hourlyDescription: As an Immunizing Pharmacist, you have a critical role at the forefront of delivering client’s purpose, modeling client’s values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for patients. A key component of the Immunizing Pharmacist role is keeping customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs. You will be responsible for the administration of multiple immunizations (ex: flu, shingles, COVID etc.) Additionally, you will:

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacist License in Oregon state.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Imply acquired knowledge to help drive healthy outcomes and differentiate Client from its competitors
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.G., APhA)
• Valid Driver’s License

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. Degree.
