We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our dynamic healthcare team to help establish and develop pharmacy services. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and support to our physicians on a wide range of pharmaceutical and therapeutic issues. Pharmacist Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide expert advice and support on pharmaceutical and therapeutic issues
- Conduct regular assessments for pharmaceutical needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and trends, including new drugs and treatments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of solutions
- Prepare and deliver presentations to physicians, stakeholders and other key decision makers
- Contribute to the development of Clinic strategies and processes to improve the quality of our services
- Act as a subject matter expert in pharmacy management
Pharmacist Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a licensed pharmacist
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and therapies, including the latest developments and trends in the industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions
- Ability to deliver presentations and training sessions to a variety of audiences
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in successfully starting-up a pharmacy operation
Physical Requirements
- Has manual and finger dexterity;
- Able to speak and hear;
- Has near visual acuity;
- Able to speak English fluently;
- Has color vision and depth perception;
- Has full range of motion in back.
