Gross Weekly Up to $3250
Pharmacist – Ops Tech Lead / Pharmacy Supervisor• Peridot, Arizona• 02/23/2026 – 05/23/2026• 40 hours week - Flexible days and hours ( 8 or 10 shifts)
Radius Rule: 50 miles
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred
- 1-year residency preferred
- Minimum 2 years hospital pharmacy experience required
- Prior experience as a Pharmacy/Retail Supervisor or Tech Ops Lead preferred
- Current, active, unrestricted Arizona Pharmacist license
- BLS certification required
- Local candidates preferred
Responsibilities:
- Direct, manage, and supervise daily pharmacy operations
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
- Oversee staff performance, training, and professional development
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and dispensing systems
- Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements
- Participate in orientation, training, and ongoing education programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
