Job Description

Pharmacists are vital healthcare professionals, ensuring patients receive safe, effective medications while providing essential guidance to support overall health and well-being. We’re seeking a candidate who has strong attention to detail, is reliable & is a team player to join our Pharmacy team.- Conducting initial prescription reviews

• Filling and transferring prescriptions
• Managing wholesale and point-of-sale tasks
• Supporting Med-to-Bed programs
• Providing patient consultations and immunizations
• Troubleshooting insurance issues
• Addressing drug interactions and disease management

Qualifications

In a retail/community pharmacy setting: Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy. Must have a thorough knowledge of drugs and their actions; knowledge of state and local regulations.In a medical center or institutional setting: Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy. Must have a thorough knowledge of drugs and their actions; knowledge of state and local regulations. Hospital experience or residency preferred. License must be in good standing by the State Board of Pharmacy in state(s) of practice and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges as required by position.
