What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations and compliance
- Review and dispense prescriptions while ensuring accuracy and legality
- Manage medication inventory, storage, labeling, and expiration control
- Counsel patients and provide medication guidance
- Maintain patient medication records and pharmacy documentation
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Fraud Waste & Abuse, and all federal/state regulations
- Supervise Pharmacy Technicians, including scheduling and performance support
- Maintain operational efficiency and quality patient care standards
What they’re looking for:
- Current PharmD license required
- 3–5 years of retail pharmacy management experience
- Strong retail pharmacy operations background
- Experience using pharmacy patient management systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage staff, workflow, and compliance responsibilities
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing fine motor tasks
