We are looking for a skilled Pharmacist Inpatient Pharmacy to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care in a fast-paced hospital environment. This vital role ensures the safe, effective, and efficient medication management for transplant patients, directly contributing to improved health outcomes. Minimum of 1 year of transplant inpatient pharmacy experience
Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
Board Certified PharmD or equivalent qualification
LA Pharmacist license in good standing (must be in hand at the time of submission)
Strong knowledge of medication safety protocols and inpatient pharmacy operations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with transplant medications and protocols
Prior experience in hospital pharmacy settings outside of transplant units
Additional certifications such as CPR or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Familiarity with hospital inventory and medication dispensing systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

PharmD degree from an accredited institution
At least 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience, ideally in transplant or similar specialized units
Proven ability to manage complex medication regimens and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams

Other Requirements:

Weekend rotation participation
Shift: Day shift, 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts from 07:00 to 15:30
Valid licensure and certification must be maintained throughout employment
Willingness to comply with hospital policies, including travel reimbursements and licensure requirements
