Job Description
This position involves working in a dynamic hospital setting with a focus on pediatric care. The role requires a pharmacist with significant hospital experience, particularly in pediatric environments. Retail pharmacy experience alone is insufficient for this role.
Position Details
- Schedule: 7 days on and 7 days off, night shift from 2000 to 0630. Transition to a day shift position is expected later in the year (July/August) to cover for a pharmacist on leave until January 13, 2027.
- Weekend Work: Required every other weekend.
- Block Scheduling: Yes.
- On-call: Not required.
- Floating between units: Not required.
Requirements
- Hospital experience is mandatory.
- Exposure to pediatrics is necessary.
- Must be licensed to practice in Texas.
