Role Overview
We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Clerk to join our AllRx.ai team in Alhambra. This entry-level, full-time role is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in pharmacy operations within a fast-growing, technology-driven healthcare company.
As a Pharmacy Clerk, you’ll play a key administrative and operational role — helping organize, package, and prepare medications for delivery while ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the fulfillment process.
What You’ll Do
- Organize Medications: Sort and group prepared medications by facility or delivery location for accuracy and efficiency.
- Receive Orders: Collect prepared medications and labels from technicians and verify they match assigned delivery routes.
- Package Deliveries: Package and label medications for delivery according to facility-specific requirements.
- Review Routes: Check and confirm assigned delivery routes before driver handoff.
- Driver Coordination: Prepare and hand off medication deliveries to drivers with accurate manifests.
- Data Entry: Enter order and delivery information into the system to maintain up-to-date records.
- Documentation: Ensure all paperwork and digital records are complete, accurate, and compliant with facility and pharmacy standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with pharmacists, technicians, and logistics staff to maintain smooth daily operations.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a pharmacy, logistics, or administrative support role preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic data entry proficiency.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
