Village Lane RX is currently seeking a full-time night shift Pharmacy Clerk to join our team! Village Lane RX offers the opportunity to be part of a growing, patient-centered pharmacy that values quality, teamwork, and excellence in service.OverviewWe are a closed-door, mail-order sterile compounding pharmacy located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, proudly serving patients across 25 states. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy clerk to support our growing multistate operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and patient-focused environment while contributing to a dynamic and supportive team culture.Village Lane provides high-quality hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and exceptional patient care. Our mission is to make treatments accessible and convenient, delivering prescriptions discreetly to patients’ homes. We specialize in compounding a variety of medications, including GLP-1 formulations, bioidentical hormone pellets, estrogen and progesterone creams, and specialty face creams to help manage side effects of HRT. Additionally, we offer a range of therapies related to hormone replacement and weight management.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate and plan shipmentsUpdate medical records systemsPerform in a fast-paced production environment under the supervision of the PharmacistFold and build medication boxesPack and ship prescriptions with a high level of scrutiny, attention to detail, and accuracyRespond to questions from healthcare providers, clinics, and pharmacy personnelAssist with tracking, responding, and forwarding emails related to patient prescriptionsAnswer the phone and transfer calls effectivelyProvide exemplary customer service with a willingness to meet customer needsUnpack deliveries and maintain an organized workspaceAssist with Inventory of suppliesComply with HIPPAQualificationsHighschool Diploma or GEDKnowledge of maintaining a Pharmacy Inventory Proficient computer skills including use of basic software (internet, e-mail).Possess a strong work ethic and high level of professionalism.Types a minimum of 30 WPMMust be available to work Monday through Friday, 6AM – 3PMBenefitsHealth, dental and vision insuranceDisability insurance401k with matchingPTOCompensation: $19 hourly
