Procure, store and aid in the dispensing of medications and pharmaceutical supplies related to both patient and departmental needs. To prepare for a future role as a pharmacist by combining knowledge of pharmaceuticals with technical and clinical experiences learned during the internship program.Job Description
Participates in the medication distribution system within TJUH.
Prepares parenteral products using aseptic technique.
Assures the provision of quality pharmacy services.
Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the core values of the Hospital.
EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
Matriculating in an accredited college of pharmacy
Experience is preferred but not required.
