You'll work closely with a dedicated team to ensure efficient workflows, compliance with regulations, and high-quality patient care. This position is ideal for someone ready to advance their leadership skills while managing a high-volume, fast-paced environment.What You'll Do As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing daily pharmacy workflows, staffing, and scheduling for accurate LTC medication dispensing.*
- Reviewing physician orders, conducting drug regimen reviews, and supervising IV/psychotropic monitoring.*
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory standards, including inventory and narcotics handling.*
- Training and leading a team of three pharmacists and six technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment.*
- Acting as the primary liaison between the pharmacy and nursing facility leadership to support seamless operations.
- Active Registered Pharmacist license in Colorado.*
- At least 1 year of Long-Term Care experience or 1 year of pharmacy management experience in a retail setting.*
- Ability to quickly learn proprietary pharmacy software and adapt to new systems.*
- Strong leadership, team-mentoring, and communication skills.*
