Job Title: Pharmacy Manager Pay: $150k-153k Bonus: $20,000 sign on bonus + 7% yearly target bonus Hours: M-F between 9a-7p, rotating weekend with shortened hours Start Date: ASAP Looking for a career growth opportunity with a patient focused pharmacy? What Youll Do: As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for: Oversee daily workflow, medication dispensing, and provide patient services Adhere to all state and federal pharmacy laws, controlled substance regulations, and proper record-keeping Verify prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and formulary alternatives Ensure accurate, timely prescription fulfillment while providing personalized counseling and MTM What Youll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have: Degree (Pharm.D. preferred) from an accredited school of pharmacy Current pharmacy license in the State of Minnesota Previous supervisory administrative experience required Why Join Us in St. Peter?
