Location: Portland, OR Salary: Depends on Experience Description: Pharmacy Manager Location: Portland, OR Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch from 12–1 PM) Dress Code: Business casual Contract to Hire About the Role We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead daily operations at our Portland, OR pharmacy site. This role is central to ensuring full compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations while driving operational excellence, supporting clinic partners, and leading a high-performing team. The position blends legal PIC responsibilities with company managerial duties, making it ideal for a seasoned pharmacy leader who thrives in a collaborative, clinic-integrated environment. Team Environment You’ll lead a dedicated and skilled team consisting of: 5 pharmacy technicians 1 delivery driver Key Responsibilities Oversee daily pharmacy workflow to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing operations Fulfill all Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) duties in accordance with state and federal regulations Serve as the primary liaison to clinic partners, addressing operational issues and supporting integrated care Lead, coach, and develop pharmacy staff, including performance management and scheduling Ensure compliance with company policies, audit standards, and quality expectations Drive operational improvements to enhance patient experience and workflow efficiency Manage inventory, procurement, and controlled substance oversight Support long-term care (LTC) and clinic-based pharmacy operations as needed Required Skills & Qualifications Active, unrestricted Oregon Pharmacist License (required) Minimum 3–5 years of experience Minimum 3 years of pharmacy management or leadership experience Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance standards Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, clinic-connected environment By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
