Location: Kalamazoo, MICompensation: $95/hr + bonus

Specialty Medical Staffing has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Manager in Kalamazoo, MI. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity within a high-volume retail pharmacy supported by an established and experienced team.

This role is ideal for a pharmacist with strong leadership skills who is comfortable managing operations, supporting staff, and maintaining structure within a busy environment.

Description:

Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality patient care.
Lead and support pharmacy staff, providing direction and maintaining workflow.
Manage inventory, scheduling, and daily operations within a high-volume setting.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company policies.
Foster a positive and structured team environment.

Position Requirements:

Active Michigan Pharmacist License in good standing
Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience required
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to manage workflow and handle high-volume operations
