Join Our Team as a Pharmacy Manager!
We're looking for a licensed pharmacist to lead our retail pharmacy team, providing exceptional care to our patients and driving business success.

Your Role:
- Prepare and dispense pharmaceuticals to patients- Lead a team of pharmacy technicians and manage day-to-day pharmacy operations- Review and execute prescriptions, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations- Provide excellent customer service and patient counseling- Manage pharmacy technician schedules and performance
What We Need:
- PharmD degree and current PA/IL pharmacy license
- - 3-5 years of retail pharmacy management experience
- - Excellent communication and leadership skills
- - Ability to utilize Patient Management System
- - Physical stamina to stand for prolonged periods and perform manual tasks
Work Details:
- Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Mon-Fri), closed weekends and major holidays- Lunch break: 12:30-1:00 PM- Pharmacy opening date: 4/10/2026- Target offer date: no later than 3/16/2026
