We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented professionals with a solid background in insurance billing, revenue cycle management, and prior authorizations. Your excellent communication skills and professionalism will be key to navigating insurance interactions efficiently. Knowledge of EPIC systems and pharmacy technician licensure are advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
Ideal candidates will hold a high school diploma with at least three years of relevant work experience or an associate degree in a related field with one year of experience. Prior experience in pharmacy or medical billing, as well as familiarity with medication assistance programs, will enhance your application.
This role requires no specific licensing beyond the requirements above and does not involve travel or on-call duties. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to confidentiality are essential. Candidates must be able to work onsite at the University of Kansas - Southlake Campus for a three-month training period, with a potential for a hybrid schedule afterward.
