*Ideal candidate will be IV trained and experienced with hazardous and non hazardous preparations. (perfect candidate would have this but will look at others if we can not find.)

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: 40hrs per week and would be between 6a-7p, every 3rd or 4th Saturday (8a-1630p)

Pre-Screen Unit - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Wellspan guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis.*Manager will interview

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 yearsCERTIFICATIONS: PA state license required by law; MUST BE IN HAND AT TIME OF SUBMISSIONEPIC & Pyxis exp required

RTO: MAX 7 daysWEEKENDS: every 3 or 4th Saturday. (8a-4:30p)CALL REQUIREMENTS: n/aHOLIDAYS: as neededFLOATING: will work at York hospital but could be floated to Apple Hill ( 2 miles away)
