Job Description
The residency program is a one-year commitment. The residency program begins on July 1, 2026 and ends on June 30, 2027. The Pharmacy Resident will be considered a pharmacist and will practice according to the laws and regulations as stated in the Pharmacy Practice Act of the State of Tennessee. Additionally, the resident will be subject to the policies and procedures of the Lipscomb University College of Pharmacy Residency Program. The resident will be a temporary employee of Lipscomb University during the period stated above.
Education: Completion of a Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
Experience: Experience gained obtaining Pharm.D.
Qualifications: Residents must obtain a Pharmacy licensure within the State of Tennessee within ninety (90) days of beginning the residency. Failure to obtain licensure will result in review and meeting with the director of residency programs to discuss matriculation through the program.
