We’re seeking a highly qualified Pharmacy Retail Supervisor to oversee pharmacy operations and lead a skilled team in a hospital/retail hybrid environment. The ideal candidate will be local to the Peridot area, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Position Details

• Role: Pharmacy / Retail Supervisor

• Location: Peridot, AZ (local candidates strongly preferred)

• Schedule: Full-time, with conversion to permanent role possible

Minimum Qualifications

• Education:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy (required)

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred

  • 1-year residency (PGY1) preferred

• Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional pharmacy experience

  • At least 2 years of management/supervisory experience (oversight of pharmacy technicians required)

  • Hospital pharmacy experience required

• Licensure/Certifications:

  • Current and valid Pharmacy license (Arizona license preferred; must be eligible to obtain if not already licensed)

  • BLS certification (within 90 days of hire)

  • Licensed to administer immunizations, vaccines, and emergency medications preferred

Essential Functions

• Supervise daily pharmacy operations in both retail and hospital settings

• Provide leadership, guidance, and evaluation of pharmacy technicians and staff

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations

• Oversee medication distribution, inventory, and safety standards

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and clinical outcomes

• Deliver high-quality pharmacy services within the scope of professional practice
