Position Overview:
A Pharmacy Technician I maintains a foundation of knowledge in pharmacy calculations, basic pharmacology, health-system pharmacy operations, pharmacy law and interpersonal communication. A Pharmacy Technician II performs pharmacy-related functions under the direction of a pharmacist and in compliance with department policies and procedures to provide optimal pharmaceutical care.

Education Qualifications:
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Certification Qualifications:
- Required: Illinois Pharmacy Technician License (IL Department of Professional Regulation)
- Required: National Pharmacy Technician Certification is REQUIRED within 90 days of hire
Experience Qualifications:
- Health-system pharmacy experience preferred

Pay Range:
- The pay range for this position is $18.90 - 28.34 per hour.
