Job Description

Location: Remote-GA, Working Remote 80% with some in person meeting/events to attend in Atlanta GA 30339. Shift: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (1 hour unpaid break) Some Saturdays are Required. One week training - MUST arrive on time daily, complete assigned work and turn in assignments daily. The technician will have an overview of the company and goals, then proceed with training Duration: 3 months, possible to extend Potential Start Date: 4/20/2026 Description: Summary: Outbound Members Calls will be the primary duty. The work-day may include faxes, provider calls and pharmacy calls. Independent work assignments will be given. The new employee will be paired with a trainer. Requirement: The technician must have a pleasant attitude and be able to encourage members to refill their medications. A minimum of 15 calls per hour. MUST turn in work daily and arrive daily for work on time. Candidate Requirements Required: High School Diploma Preferred: NA Required: State Pharmacy Technician License-GA PTCB Certified Preferred: NA Years of experience required Disqualifiers Additional qualities Years of experience required: 1 to 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience Disqualifiers: NA Additional qualities to look for: exceptional customer service experience Top 3 must-have hard skills stack-ranked by importance 1 Customer Service 2 Basic Computer Skills 3 Prefer Health Plan Experience
