As a Pharmacy Technician, youll play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring patient care and efficient medication dispensing. Youll work closely with pharmacists and a dedicated team to deliver exceptional healthcare services. What Youll Do: As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for: Fill daily prescription orders including punch cards, bulk items, OTC medications, compounding, cassettes, and prepacks Manage medication inventory by stocking supplies, processing "shorts," and receiving shipments Print orders, labels, and delivery sheets while maintaining the punch-card calendar Support pharmacists in daily dispensing activities and ensure superior patient care What Youll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have: A valid Pharmacy Technician license in Minnesota (Required). Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication and time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certified Pharmacy Technician status. IV experience is preferred. Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, especially in long-term care or closed-door environments. Proficiency with pharmacy software and inventory management systems.
