Job Description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Full-Time On-Site Pharmacy Technicians (2nd Shift or Overnight Shift) in Northlake, TX!

Job Summary Join the future of pharmacy! Our micro-fulfillment centers are transforming how prescriptions are processed and delivered. Using advanced automation and robotics, this centralized pharmacy environment supports thousands of patients daily by ensuring fast, accurate medication distribution to retail locations. As a Pharmacy Technician II, you will support prescription fulfillment operations, assist pharmacists, and ensure accuracy and efficiency across workflows.

  • Option 1: Sun???Tue & Fri | 2:30 PM ??? 12:30 AM (Off Wed, Thu, Sat)
  • Option 2: Sun, Mon, Wed, Fri | 2:30 PM ??? 12:30 AM (Off Tue, Thu, Sat)
  • Option 3: Sun???Thu | 10:00 PM ??? 6:00 AM (Off Fri, Sat)

Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities

  • Handle refill requests and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines
  • Troubleshoot missing or incorrect prescription information
  • Interpret SIG codes and resolve data entry exceptions
  • Operate automated dispensing and sorting machinery
  • Count, fill, label, pack, and ship prescriptions
  • Maintain workflow accuracy and quality control standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Pharmacy Technician Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician license (required)

• Basic computer and internet navigation skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

• Flexibility to work assigned shifts
