Job Description
Job Title:
Pharmacy Technician
Address:Everett, WA
Job Description- Manually fill prescription vials with prescribed tablets and capsules.
- Read computer-generated screens to find indicated merchandise and verify size and strength.
- Replenish medication in automated dispensing cells to full capacity.
- Use handheld scanner to scan barcodes and enter expiration and lot information.
- Prepare cold chain and specialty prescriptions following special handling requirements.
- Understand and abide by HIPAA laws and pharmacy standard procedures.
- Demonstrate problem resolution skills by addressing and escalating issues to management.
- Onsite position, Sunday through Thursday: Sunday 7am- 3:30pm, Monday- Thursday 1pm- 9:30pm.
- Pharmacy Technician License required.
- National Certificate through PTCB or ExCPT required.
