Location: Charlestown, IN Pay Rate: $18.95/hour + $1.00 shift differential Shift:

• Monday: 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• Tuesday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM Work Type: Onsite

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is responsible for medication preparation, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards while assisting pharmacists in delivering high-quality patient care.

• Prepare, measure, count, and package prescription medications

• Label medications accurately with proper instructions for use

• Replenish medications in automated systems and maintain stock levels

• Maintain a clean, organized dispensing area

• Perform stock rotation to prevent medication expiration

• Assist with inventory control and restocking processes

• Adhere to all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations

• Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA

• Assist with record-keeping and documentation of prescriptions and medications

• Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician License (required)

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Previous pharmacy experience required

• Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Jeffersonville, IN

• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

• Ability to stay on task, demonstrate accountability, and work effectively in a team

• Ability to lift 20–30 lbs. regularly and up to 15 lbs. continuously

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift

• Ability to pick and transport items from shelves to order filling areas

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills required

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
