Pay Rate: $19.00–$21.00/hour
Location: Twinsburg, OH
Onsite role only — candidates must have reliable transportation and availability to work on-site (not remote).
Shift: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
ObjectiveThe Pharmacy Technician II supports the delivery of prescription medical devices by accurately preparing, repackaging, and shipping products. This role ensures inventory accuracy, processes prescription order entry and insurance billing, and communicates professionally with patients, providers, internal teams, and external vendors.
Key ResponsibilitiesFulfillment and shipping of prescription medical device products
Prepare, repackage, and maintain in-date medical device inventory
Prescription order entry
Insurance billing (preferred experience)
Inbound and outbound patient calls
Outbound physician calls
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to quality standards
Communicate professionally with patients, team members, and vendors
At this level, the technician is expected to:
Apply basic skills and techniques to complete routine tasks
Work within clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Maintain all required licenses, training, and certifications
Adhere strictly to quality and compliance guidelines
Work under close supervision, with all work reviewed for accuracy
Obtain supervisor approval before proceeding with deviations from standard processes
