Job Title: Pharmacy Warehouse Associate - Pharmacy Technician (3rd Shift)
Location: Monroeville, PA 15146 Schedule: Sunday – Wednesday, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (3rd Shift) Pay Rate: $17.50/hour, paid biweekly
About the Role
Join a fast-paced pharmacy operations team where you’ll help assemble, package, and ship medications to patients while maintaining accurate inventory and supporting warehouse operations. This is a behind-the-scenes, non-patient facing role critical to ensuring timely and accurate medication delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with pharmacists and technicians to assemble and package patient medication orders
- Retrieve and organize shipping documents, labels, and picking materials
- Assist with packing, shipping, and tracking deliveries to ensure successful receipt
- Monitor shipments and report any delivery issues or delays
- Maintain organized warehouse inventory , including restocking picking areas
- Perform cycle counts, inventory tracking, and reconciliation
- Receive and process incoming non-pharmaceutical shipments
- Support purchase orders, inventory management, and returns processing per SOP guidelines
- Maintain daily shipping reports and documentation for leadership review
- Operate within pharmacy compliance and safety standards
Qualifications
- 1+ year of warehouse experience required (pharmacy environment a plus)
- Experience with packing, shipping, and national carriers preferred
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word & Excel
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching
- Comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment
Additional Information
- In-person interviews required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Starting 6/1/26
- Pennsylvania requires a Pharmacy Technician license (trainee license acceptable)
- This is a non-patient facing, back-end pharmacy role
