Job Description

Location: Charlotte, NCSalary: Depends on ExperienceDescription:
Pharmacy Technician – Fulfillment (Charlotte, NC)
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM ESTOccasional Saturdays: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM EST
Pay Rate: $18/hr - $20/hr

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our fulfillment team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will support essential pharmacy operations by processing prescription orders, verifying member/patient data, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the medication fulfillment workflow.
This is a hands-on, physically active position that requires standing, walking, and lifting throughout an 8-hour shift.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
  • Receive, review, and verify member/patient prescriptions for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and scan prescription documents into the appropriate systems.
  • Accurately input and submit prescription orders into the computer system.
  • Contact members, patients, or providers to clarify information, validate data, request payment information, or confirm delivery details
  • Support daily fulfillment operations, including walking between stations, organizing materials, and lifting required items.
Required Qualifications
  • Active North Carolina Pharmacy Technician License
  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT or equivalent)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform regular physical activity, including walking and lifting
  • Comfortable communicating with patients, members, and healthcare providers
