Position Overview
The Customer Experience Pharmacy Tech enhances customer satisfaction by providing technical support, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth interaction with the company’s products and services. Responsible for tracking customer experiences, collaborating with various teams to improve services, and responding to customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
Weekend and late-night work may be required.
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm

Some positions may require lifting, occasional bending or kneeling. The working environment consists of an indoor and climate-controlled setting the majority of the time. The employee may regularly lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
