Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Care Line Pharmacy Tech to join our team in Farmingdale, NY!The Customer Care Specialist contributes by providing various call center services to the Department of Pharmacy and the Department of Medicine that enhance the customer experience. They will present a friendly, helpful voice to patients, clients, and customers seeking information, requesting to transfer their prescriptions, and filing grievances or complaints.The Customer Care Specialist answers incoming calls from patients wishing to schedule appointments for services at our Healthcare Center and Pharmacy. They are problem solvers, providing a "helping hand" and calming callers who seem to be upset or in a stressful situation. In addition, providing feedback to their manager about improving service will allow the team member to enhance their contribution. The Customer Care Specialist adds consistent value to the our Pharmacy and Department of Medicine Teams by easily adapting to various situations and being flexible.The Customer Care Specialist enhances the reputation of company by maintaining superior telephone communication skill, interpersonal skills, customer-friendly attitude, motivation to provide outstanding customer service, and proactively assisting patients in solving various issues and problems related to receiving service from our healthcare foundation. - 6am-3pm
- 6:30am-3:30pm

- 8am-5pm
- 8:30am-5:30pm
- 9am-6pm
- 10am-7pm
- Saturday Rotating shifts below (Day Off During the Week)
- 7am-5pm
- 9am-7pm
