Shields Health Solutions is redefining patient care through specialty pharmacy. We're hiring a Pharmacy Technician - Outreach Eligibility Specialist to support the growth of the specialty pharmacy program by identifying eligible patients, completing benefits investigations, and maintaining strict confidentiality.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct benefits investigations using approved tools and pharmacy systems.
- Review medical records to confirm current medication needs.
- Document all findings clearly and accurately.
- Partner with team members to ensure high‑quality, coordinated patient care.
- Identify trends, solve problems, and contribute to process improvements.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ongoing job knowledge.
- Perform other duties as needed.

What You Need:
- State-registered (Louisiana) Pharmacy Technician; CPhT preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician; High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication, organization, and tech skills
